The best soft serve in Victoria hands down. I came to the food truck that is on Fisherman’s Wharf expecting the hard ice cream version of Jacksons but they had the soft serve one. I got an oreo sundae and it was amazing. The wharf is dog friendly and they even gave me a bowl of water for my dog.
