Quick, Dirty and Cheap. It’s a good thing that this place is cheap because it isn’t much to write home about. Literally. Just basic food cooked fast. Not bad for a quick breakfast, but wouldn’t go out of my way for this one.

Best Breakfast place on Sixth. The decor is crap, the front door is broken, and the service is nicely minimal – but they know how to cook eggs and know how to do a crispy hash brown.Your wait time is short, you can be in and out in 15 minutes. When ever I am here I feel sorry for the people spending more across the street getting a more expensive fast food breakfast. Jim’s is faster, better, and more.

Good basic breakfast or lunch place. Good portions of quality food, nice service at reasonable prices, and has that feel of a local favorite. Very similar to Amelia’s in most aspects. I recommend for a breakfast for $10 with a coffee.

Small family place (not from a franchise machine). Old-style decor (booths against a wall), service quick (yet you might have to be patient for coffee refills), and very well-prepared food. Prices match the decor… something from years gone by… meaning it’s VERY VERY affordable. Oh and if you like club-house sandwiches as much as I do… yesssss… REAL turkey / chicken… not the sliced ‘supposed-to-be-but-we’re-really-not-sure-if-it-ever-was’ processed facsimile!!Breakfasts are great and affordable. Street parking (or you can take advantage of free parking in the mall across the street. So yes… I love this little place!!28 Nov, 2011Simple, affordable, friendly, and the food is good too.

Great breakfast diner. The place is small and the decor is dated but the food is typical greasy spoon/home cooked fare and the prices are EXCELLENT. It has become our favourite breakfast spot in New West. Service is polite and timely and I’ve never been disappointed with my orders. (Jim’s Sandwich is DELICIOUS!)

Excellent. This is definitely my favourite breakfast place in New West…food is amazing, service is great and it’s cheap. An excellent breakfast in NW.

Good food for cheap. Good size menu and prices. Atmosphere boring but service was good.
