Horrible experience! I normally love Jugo Juice and am a regular customer, but this location is the absolute worst. The manager/ owner, and older Asian man, does not care about customer service at all and is incredibly rude. I ordered a Mighty Kale smoothie and the colour was extremely off (sort of brownish) – it seemed like they had used rotten greens to make it, so I requested to get another item off the menu. The manager became very angry and in Chinese (which I understand), called me a bitch to one of the other workers.I am extremely disappointed, as Jugo Juice is an esteemed company but franchising branches out to people like this is evidently damaging their reputation. I will never be returning to this location again, and suggest that other customers go to the Robson location instead.
Brutal brutal staff issue here. Ordered the Baja bowl and it’s brutal. You get one table spoon of rice, three small pieces of Bell peppers, and three THIN THIN CHEETO SIZE CHICKEN in the salad. It’s a new bowl they are promoting and it’s $8.50Another location gives you a hearty amount.Management needs to keep an eye out on their staff here it’s brutal. I don’t recommend this location.
This is a review for the Jugo Juice in the food court at Pacific Centre in Vancouver.I’ll start off by saying that i’ve been to multiple Jugo Juice locations before, but i’ve never had such a horrible customer experience such as this.I was at this Jugo Juice location, just this past Saturday April 23rd 2016, and ordered a PB & Chocolate. I received my PB & Chocolate shortly after and I noticed right away that the smoothie was very watery and not thick at all as a smoothie should be. The man who made my smoothie apologized when I shook it around when he handed it off to me as he told me that the frozen yogurt had not been completely frozen that day. I tasted it and it tasted absolutely horrible as it was not only very watery but it also tasted very watered down with zero flavour.I took the drink to the front cash where the manager was at, an older asian fellow, and I know he was the manager because I asked. I told him that this smoothie was watery and had no taste to it. His english wasn’t that great, but he told me the same thing that the man who made my drink that the yogurt was not completely frozen. I asked him if I could just have another drink made then that did not have frozen yogurt and that is when he got very upset and started arguing with me. He acted as if I was trying to rip him off when I wanted was a new drink to replace the extremely sub-par watered down PB & Chocolate. He finally decided to give me a new drink and obviously still very mad.The most shocking part about this story is that I had my original drink sitting on the counter in front of the cash register and this manager yelled and told me to throw out the drink myself as he was already making me a free drink to replace and that he had no garbage cans.This whole experience at this Jugo Juice location was crazy to me as I have never met or encountered a manager who cared so little about customer relations. Because of this, I will not be a Jugo Juice customer any more.Jugo Juice you need to be a little more diligent in who you franchise out your businesses to as this manager at the Pacific Centre location is not doing the Jugo Juice name any justice.

The best taste ever. The owner and people who work there are so nice to the custmer. the food and the smoothie are so yammy. the very important thing is the fresh juice they made never put ice cube in it, except you asked. very honestly people. I like it there very much.i will go there very often.
Just a bit hungry and don’t want a whole meal. This is a perfect place to grab thirst quenching fruity flavours that satisfies your sweet tooth. They also do decent wraps and paninis. It is not the cheapest but I feel this is one of the more satisfying items at the Pacific Centre Food court. However, not all flavours are great. I like the ones with mangos and lots of berries. I didn’t like the one with blueberries and some coffee thing.
