One of the many spots in Vancouver that offers donairs, this place is seriously tiny with limited seating and a small menu consisting of just donair wraps, platters, and salads. I had their Chicken Donair and Lamb & Beef Donair. While I found the chicken to be quite tasty, the lamb & beef proved to be seriously fantastic (and this is coming from someone who normally doesn’t even like lamb/beef). My only gripe is that I do find their prices to be a bit steep: the large-sized donair is not as big as the ones from Donair Dude and didn’t quite fill me up (although it was still substantial and probably enough for someone with an average appetite), and the $1.50 they charge for the addition of cheese is completely not worth extra cost in my opinion. In spite of the higher cost however, I’d still definitely recommend checking this place out; their wraps are seriously delicious.Large Chicken Donair ($9.29 + $1.50 for Cheese):4/5The wrap came with your choice of vegetables and sauce; I picked the spicy mango. I also added mozzarella cheese to my donair for an extra $1.50 charge. There was a good amount of chicken, which was tender and juicy with a nice smokey taste without being overly charred. The mango sauce was sweet and had a fantastic fragrance. Unfortunately, they were stingy with the cheese and I seriously couldn’t even detect it at all; not worth the extra $1.50.Large Lamb & Beef Donair ($9.29 + $1.50 for Cheese):4.5/5I picked garlic mayo for this wrap, as well as feta cheese for an extra $1.50. I normally don’t like lamb or beef (beef can often be dry and flavourless while lamb is known for having a gamey flavour), but I LOVED the meat in this wrap. It was tender, juicy, well-seasoned with a great bit of spice and not at all gamey. The mayo was creamy and had a great garlicy flavour. Again, they were stingy with the cheese, which was honestly undetectable in the wrap; not worth the extra cost.

We just received the wrong order when ordering through door dash. We ordered a chicken kebab, dolmathes and a chicken platter. The chicken platter, unfortunately, came with no Hommus and in turn, was dry. Everything else was delicious. Although, my girlfriend didn’t really eat hers because it was dry without the Hommus and lack of other sauces. We called at 6:25pm, just before close, they apologized, offered a remake and resend immediately. We order from a whole bunch of similar restaurants through third party delivery services, and in the case of correcting incorrect orders (which happens fairly regularly), this is the best response, and unfortunately; a rare one. Some companies only offer 10% off next order (looking at you LazyMeal), so we were understandably shocked. Thanks for providing a proper service. Will definitely be ordering again!

came here during a rainy days of summer, and i was looking forward towards other resto, but it closed early so i had to chose other restaurant nearby so then i saw this place, well came in and ordered a lamb platter, and well, i must say it was definitely okay. nothing special or anything that i remember but everything does comes just right, the flavouring, the meat firmness/juiciness was good. the sauce was decent as well. definitely not something that i will crave but definitely okay to grab a bite. the mango sauce might be something unusal for a kebab place like this, but the sauce works. mangkr.wordpress.com

Okay, having travelled around Europe and lived in Ottawa, where there’s a significant Lebanese population, Koala Kebabs come closest to what I think is authentic, tasty gyro/donair/kebab/shawarma/wrap/whatever you wanna call it. It ticks off all the things you’d want in a traditional shawarma – solid pickled turnips (perhaps the only place in Vancouver that knows its value), tasty homemade garlic mayo and tahini sauces, and fresh tabbouleh. People behind the counter are super nice. I didn’t like the rice on their platter (too much cinnamon) but highly recommend the chicken or beef wraps.

THE BEST IN TOWN. This is THE BEST Donair place in Vancouver. I was weary as it looked small and not busy when I walked by it everyday but realized I was walking by at hours of the day when it’s not lunch time. All of the workers are so nice, the restaurant is clean and the meat is unreal. They have homemade sauces to choose from, all of them are out of this world. They have the freshest veggies to add in and its all included in the price and you can choose if you want white or whole wheat. I love love love this place and recommend everyone to come here!!

Best Donair in BC. Hands down, this is the best Donair in the province of BC! The food was simply amazing, and the staff was friendly. Will be going back for seconds… and thirds… and…

Best Donair in Van?. Mmmm hmmm, first off, the price, one of the best in town. $8 bucks essentially gets you the following: brown pita bread, humus base, tabouli, your choice of veggies and meat, and some feta. The wrap itself is great and a very good value, now if the meat could be like Donair Spots, then this place would have zero competition.
