Consistent quality fish with good portion size at a decent price, and super friendly service. Wait is generally reasonable unless they’re slammed.Fish is on the crispier end of the batter spectrum, which i find better anyways than the more doughy batter you’d find at a sit down restaurant/pub compared to a truck. Good ratio of fish to batter. Fries are just ok but upgrades to poutine or yam fries make up for it.

Since their menu focuses just on fish, it should be done well right?Well… It’s not bad, that’s for sure. The batter is heavy which does soak up alot of oil. Luckily I was sharing, or else I would’ve felt gross through out my day. In the end, it didn’t feel special for 14 dollars coming from a food truck. As for now I would just say it’s a pass. That’s just my opinion of course.

I love food trucks! I approached this truck today in hopes of great fish and chips. Very disappointing. Oily, and far from fresh cut fries. Could have done better from Captain Highliner. I would love to see this truck to better!
