Service was very friendly and the food was good but nothing special. It’s a very crowded and busy restaurant so the wait time for your food can be pretty long. It was a nice experience but I wouldn’t go back- the food isn’t worth waiting over 45 minutes for.
The service here by the male wait staff is phenomenal. The food is always good and it’s a super fun time, especially if you go for their girls night out on Mondays. I just love their Bellini’s!
Never disappointed. Great atmosphere and location for either a casual eat or a special occasion. My family’s go to spot. Personally love their asian chicken bites and bowls
This is the best Milestones I have been too. The service has been excellent every time I have been to this location many times when I have visited Victoria. The views are beautiful right now sad to hear that the government of BC is wrecking the inner harbour.
I feel a bit conflicted about this place. On one hand, the burger was great. I was doubting it a bit when I opened up the bun to see what was inside and barely saw any sauce. But once I bit into it, the juicy prime rib patty tasted so expertly seasoned, I could see why it didn’t need any. Yam fries were good too. Then came the dessert…the peanut butter & jelly cheesecake with toasted marshmallow ice cream. It was waaay too thick. Almost had the texture of a brownie rather than a cheesecake (making it quite an effort to chew), and the peanut butter flavor was all I could taste. No jelly, no cheesecake. Should have stopped before dessert!
Overpriced and tasteless. I had to go there twice in 3 days for others request. First time I ordered the meatloaf sliders and redskin fries. Both way overpriced. Sliders dry nothing to them and bland. Fries were like soggy worms and small portion for the price. Service was good. Pitcher of sangria probably had no alcohol in it. Next time we wee a party of eight. Waitperson didn’t even come around to take a drink order till we were sitting there long enough to decide on dinner. She was non existent most of the night. Pasta overpriced and small portion. Hamburger boring. Bruschetta was tasty though. Never going back unless dragged there. Not sure why it is so popular
B-R-U-T-A-LSteak was comparable to a truck stop. Service was worse. This has been a tradition for our family over the past 12 years and we unfortunately won’t be back. Very disappointed. Management please get on it. Your restaurant is an icon and it’s sad to see how poorly it’s currently being run. Items being missed, waiters who can barely form a sentence, and the overall quality of food was poor at best.
