Expensive and bland. Today I tried the smoke salmon wrap and it was probably the worst, most priciest wrap I’ve ever had. The cold and crunchy cabbage and carrots in no way compliments the wrap and, aside from the overpowering flavour of the smoked salmon, did nothing for me in terms of taste. By no means a huge wrap and felt conned of the $11.25 I paid. Huge disappointment. Have had the salads here. You pay by weight. They just have a poor selection and, again, very expensive. Abs I’ve ordered sandwiches here before which I found to be extremely bland (egg salad and chicken salad) and they use the smallest loaves of bread which means you don’t get very much bang for your buck. Actually, no bang at all in my opinion. I’m not sure if they even taste the food they sell here. I have given this place many chances but, after today’s experience, will not be going back.

My first time trying this place as I wasn’t in the mood for typical fast food yet this is still fast food but good food. you basically grab a plastic container and are charged on the weight of what you pile in. For $13 I had easily twenty different items in my lunch box and all were delicious. I will be back, great alternative to fried food or sushi.

The ladies here have the best customer service ever. They could give lessons in customer service. Vancouver is not always the best in customer service. But these ladies are the exception. They are friendly and polite and respectful and have zero attitude. They are 100% into providing customer service to the customer.
