First off the entire experience I would rate as pretty good! My overall experience of the food was pretty tasty although way over priced for the portion sizes we got! The tuna tatakki was a very small portion which included four tiny pieces of tuna with apples and some deep fried pieces of veggies for 15 dollars! My burger was very small for the 15 dollar price! Now the super positive was the live music!!! Fantastic band called the New Wave wow!!!!!!

This place is the most culturally relevant place in Victoria. Live music or events every night and great food from locally sourced farms as much as possible. Best breakfast in town but don’t tell anybody so I don’t have to wait in line. Craft beer and proper cocktails from bartenders who really know their stuff. Hipster vibe and very local. If you are in the know then you already know this place. If you visiting Victoria and want to see what the locals do then come check it out … This is the real deal !!

Support this place as often as you can so they stick around. Food and service fantastic. Foods tried by our group included rock fish, pigs ears, flat breads, octopus, green salad and a marvelous chocolate dessert as well as lavender lemonade, wine, beer and fresh brewed coffee.Jim Sarah & Romie

I went to Northern Quarter with a friend on Friday after work.We ordered some beers, the olive tapenade bruschetta and the cheese and meat platter. Everything was fantastic. And the portions were really generous. You get plenty of food for the $15 happy hour plate meat&cheese plate. They even gave us lots of extra bread when we ran out. The service was excellent. I will definitely go back.
