Perogies, Polish Sausage, Sour Cream Bacon BIts… mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm What else can I really say? By the time you get the head rush from your perogies, your inner critic turns off and just enjoys the ride… Would definately eat there again. Best thing about this food truck? There is almost no wait in between ordering and eating. It’s awesome.
No Flavour at all!. The perogies my wife and I tried today at the Nat Bailey’s farmers market were completely flavourless. Aside from the salt and pepper we added, they were just dough and watered potatoe. On top of that, one was completely filled with hot water. Supposedly they were supposed to come with lots of bacon and onion. I guess there was enough for 2 of the 4 perogies. Considering we were only able to eat 3, I guess it was enough. The sausage was just ok…the mustard was the best part in the end. Oh, and we didn’t get any home made sour cream. May have missed out on the best part. $9 for our shared meal was not worth half of that price. There was a pickle that we didn’t bother with…why ruin a terrible experience?!
