The owner cross contaminates the food. Ive witnessed this on many occasions. For example, when adding salsa to a breakfast burrito, she would drag the salsa spoon across the egg layer, instead of pouring it from the air to prevent the egg from sticking to the salsa spoon which she then puts back into the salsa container along with bits of the egg which had then stuck to the spoon to be reused again for the next order! Some people have egg allergies or are vegetarians so this could potentially be a health risk!Ive stopped going here because I was tired of seeing her do this. If she has the uncommon sense to do this in plain view of customers since these are made to order, I wonder what health concerns are taking place in the back kitchen with nobody to see.
I thought this was place was cute, fresh and clean. I had a bulgogi burrito which was very tasty and not greasy. Staff was helpful and efficient. The portion was not big but it was inexpensive. If you have a big appetite, you may want two! I will definitely go back.
