The staff here is absolutely friendly. I loved their gluten free cookies, breakfast wrap, blueberry cheese cake loaf, and yogurt cup with blueberry compote. It’s a very cute lunch boutique and it’s very busy. One sandwich I definitely recommend is the Tuscan chicken sandwich. It’s very delicious and satisfying. It’s got sweet roasted red peppers, chicken, olives, and pesto on a fresh baguette. I could eat two of them. Would I come back again? Yes
This is the perfect spot for a lunch on the go. The wraps, salads and sandwiches are great, and some are kept warm which is a nice touch when you’re in a hurry. Their juices are also great and packed full of good stuff – it kept me going on a long, busy day.

Free delivery since we were in their 2 block radius (TD Tower).We ordered an assortment of the hot wraps, baguettes, the Peqish snack mix, and some cookies. They were a hit. Everyone loved the food and commented that they would check it out as a regular lunch stop.Staff are super friendly to boot.
