I have been going to this Pita Pit for quite a few years and have always been treated with curtsy and always have a good chat with whom ever is on at those times.Their food is very healthy and I will always be there when I am hungry for something good. Keep up the great service and I will always be back for more.

The pita used was very stale and ripped completely open when taking it out of the bag. This was picked up up on a break from work and when calling the store the staff were very unsympathetic and received nothing but a tough shit attitude. No refund and I had no way to bring my food back to exchange for an edible one because my break was over. In short, shit service, shit product, and shit price

No thanks…. Ordered a chicken souvlaki pita to go and was badly disappointed with the food quality. There was almost no chicken in the pita at all, and what was there was incredibly tough and dry. None of the veggies were crisp – they were all warm and mushy – as though they had been sitting out all day. Won’t be back.

Great fresh pita. Had the lamb gyro 6 inch and was great for lunch.

3 employees, empty restaurant, no service, no courtesy, like throwing your money away. This location might as well not be open late night. My partner and I specifically drove to it after an event on Friday evening, feeling that pitas would be a great late night meal. And we know that during the day the service and food are quite good. The empty restaurants 3 staff members greeted us with silence and blank stares until we made our order, politely for a gyro and a pita. We were given mechanical service by the staff behind the counters and no friendly interaction, conversation, or even gratitude for the patronage. As we received our cold meat filled badly wrapped sandwiches my partner, a sufferer Chrons disease suddenly required to use the facilities, which are evident at the back of the restaurant. When she asked kindly if she could please get access to the restroom, she was told that it is closed at that hour. It’s nice to know that late night paying customers not only receive a lack of friendly service, they also are also denied a standard of the food and beverage service industry. So needless to say, after wasting my money on this abysmal example of hospitality we had to get elsewhere in a hurry. For the record, I’ve never experienced this level of poor service at this location during the day, or at other pita pit locations during the later hours, or even at other restaurants in that same neighbourhood of Victoria. I have both worked in, and taken post secondary education for hospitality, and know that late night on a Friday can be a stressful shift. That being said, a professional still takes care of the customer, and in hospitality they at least attempt to do it with a smile and a friendly word or two even on a bad day. Any empathy I might have had for these employees had their been a busy rush shortly before our arrival, or some other incident was gone due to the lack of professional courtesy. At this point not only will I be boycotting this location for night or day service, I’ll be spreading the word to make sure everyone I know hears what sub-par service we had when throwing our money away.

Great concept, healthy options, cranky service. Kind of like Subway but wrapped in a pita instead of a sub bun. Lots of choices for stuffings, healthy or otherwise. Person at the counter didn’t even crack a smile though and seemed miserable.
