Just right. Make sure to grab a delicious lunch at this special little cafe. I have enjoyed the all-day breakfast sandwich, broccoli quinoa soup, and blueberry muffin. Everything is fresh, and there are always new things to try. Conveniently located next to the Bay Centre in the middle of downtown. A great little patio area in front. Snob-free, quick service.

AMMMAZING!. This place is FANTASTIC! Whether you are having one of their artfully crafted sammiches or a tastey baked delight you will never be disappointed. The owner is wonderful and all the effort she puts into sourcing the ingredients really shows. Amazing, Healthy and Local! Probably my new favorite place to get a pick-me-up in Vic.
Yummy! I had the Koop and my husband had the Castro. Balanced perfectly the pickles and mustard, perfect amount of cheese, toasted to perfection! Good Job!
Delicious Sammiches!. I visited Sammich for the first time this week, and I was very impressed! I tried the pilgrim panini (turkey and cranberries on fresh Cascadia bread) and a cup of mushroom & leek soup. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The next morning, a warm strawberry muffin and a tall London Fog helped me to start my morning right! The owner Maylia is very friendly and she knows her product well. She’s making every effort to source her ingredients and equipment locally, and that’s something that sets Sammich apart from your average sandwich shop. Thanks Sammich!
