Soggy Sany+Management can’t understand English = HORRIBLE Experience. Where to start…I will make this short and sweet.I have eaten at Jutland Sandwich Corner numerous times and I have never had a bad experience…Thought I would try out the dwtn location on Courtenay, wishing I hadn’t.I ordered a Panini to go, only to discover that when I walked the 3 minutes back to my office, the sandwich was so soggy that my bread had fallen to pieces so unless I wanted a tossed sandwich salad, I was going hungry.I called the cafe to let them know of my predicament, only to be transferred 3 times so that someone who spoke/understood English, which was no help because all he said to me was that there was no way my sandwich was soggy…I asked if I could come back and have a replacement and I was told no, WTFSo I said thank you for allowing me to go hungry and I hung up.I am out $9, hungry as heck and will NEVER return to Sandwich Corner Cafe.Diners-BEWARE
Tasty REAL Soup and absolutely fresh salad. I stopped by this place while in Victoria for a few days Had never been there before and was absolutely impressed with the quality of food, the service and the price. The soup was fresh, full of veggies and flavorful, the salad so fresh and tasty. The cook and the wait staff where very friendly and helpful Probably one of the best values in Victoria for lunch!.
So happy I found this place. I keep coming back over and over for grilled paninis and soup. Great food. Great service.

Great food, good prices. The Philly cheese steak Panini was probably the best I’ve ever had, and my girlfriend rated her chicken panini about 7.5/10. Two Paninis and two drinks came to about 22, pretty good for lunch for two in my book. Will definitely be coming back here again.
Useless!!!!!. 17 mins to get a bowl of soup to go! They wouldn’t even acknowledge me to give them their change and get my $5 back!! The most incompetant staff I have EVER encountered!!!
