Not baby friendly. I was disgusted that they charge a dollar for hot water to warm up my babies bottle. they don’t have change table and their door doesn’t have wheelchair accessible. but seriously serious coffee a dollar to warm up my son’s bottle. that’s disgusting

Parent/baby friendly. This is a great cafe for when I’m out with my baby. In addition to enjoying their Americanos, I like that the cafe is very spacious and has a change table, several comfortable chairs/couches and very helpful staff that will bring you your coffee if you have your hands full with baby/stroller/etc. People seeking a quiet place need not worry as it’s not a place designed to attract parents & children (like Crumbsby’s in Oak Bay), but it’s definitely a convenient place to stop in with a baby.
I decided to go for something not starbucks and was highly disappointed.I ordered a hot chocolate an was very grossed out by how they made it. The Barista steamed dairyland chocolate milk and failed to inprm me they didn’t have any whipped cream. It was ridiculously gross and very overpriced. I couldve went to the grocery store and bought a 4 litre jug of milk and microwaved that instead
