By far the best quality sushi in town. Always impressed by the quality and taste of their food. Convenient location, looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but don’t let it fool you! Service could be better.
After 5 years in Victoria, sockeye is still my favourite place for sushi. No one else makes rolls quite as tasty. The staff are always polite and attentive, and I love the decor. I definitely recommend the udon soups, and they have excellent bento box lunches. My favourite rolls are the empress and imperial. Be warned, they are only open in the afternoon and the evening. But they are worth it!
