Weds June 20th 2018 I brought a group of friends to sura for what I expected should be a celebratory dinner for my friend. However, my male server I need to make the distinction because he was the only male working with other female servers who gave excellent service. However my male server was the worst server Ive ever experienced and me and my friends will never visit sura again unless changes are made. Even though it was much loved in the past. Servers here are not expected to have food safe certification but they touch raw meat and cook it at your table. But servers are required to have serving it right for alcohol. The poor lad was serving a table of highly decorated chefs and resturant running professionals. He dare touch cooked veggies on raw meat and think nothing of it. He loaded the grill full of raw pork and then proceeded to touch cooked veggie on my raw pork and put it with cooked beef. As he was putting meat onto the grill the raw meat juices did inadvertently spill onto cooked food already on the table which was quite disturbing.I highly advise this resturant to educate their employees on the practice of food safe. As it could lead to illness of its customers if uncooked meat or any other food sicknesses from cleanliness.The girls were sweet and did keep checking on us. One more thing we asked for hot tea and he poured cold tea. I am more than disappointed at my experience at my once loved resturant to bring family and friends.Let it be known we were never rude to our server and was polite to explain to him. It was him who choose not to understand his wrong doing.

Only negative I can say is that they charge for additional sides and not sure about ventilation considering it’s a bbq place. Other than that, we enjoyed the experience and will try it again.
