It’s not the best sushi, but it is decent and good value in general, for the most part. I had another buisness meet up and wanted to grab a fast lunch. Incase anyone is wanting to add avocado, don’t, cause they charge $1.75 and you can barely see the extra avocado LOL. Oh well… Minus half a point on the rating. If you want a fast lunch on the go, with a healthier option, this place is good. Service is very prompt and friendly no complaints on that part.

This place did not impress me at all. The sushi was plain and the quality is the same as the sushi in the supermarkets. The miso soup had no traces of seaweed or tofu and it was very salty. The rice was plain and a little bit on the dry side. The restaurant interior is tight and it feels like a place you just order in advance for take-out only. I was not comfortable in my seat because the person behind me was elbowing me because the tables were close together. itsmechuck.com

I was attracted to this place because the price was good and I just needed a quick bite. The quality is more like fast food sushi and the servers are there to do their job and nothing more. I was forced to pay a 10% tip at the end of my meal which I found to be a bit silly. It was only 10% but I’d like to have my own choice on whether or not I tip a place for going beyond their role as a server. The quality of sushi was probably about 6/10? Nothing special and the tuna wasn’t cold. Maybe closer to room temperature.

The place is small but cosy. They have very reasonable sushi combos and a variety of bubble tea flavours. The sizes are decent portions and the taste is very fresh-which is very important, in my opinion.I highly recommend this place as a choice for a light, peaceful lunch. My favourite things: the Sushi Special and the Mama combo.

Home Teriyaki Combo. Salmon tempura was ‘fishy’, teriyaki sauce was a tad too salty. The California sushi was good though.

Pleasant Surprise. The sushi combos here are a very good value!1 combo consisted of a dynamite roll, 3 pieces of tuna nigiri, and 3 pieces of salmon nigiri, it was $10 bucks! The other had a crunchy roll, california roll, and salmon roll for 9. We mustve caught them on delivery day too because all the fish was extremely fresh.

Good sushi. Quite nice actually, considering I attend BCIT and I’ve tried a bunch of local eateries and am not impressed with quality. The sushi was fresh and the spicy tuna roll was excellent! Only draw back is it took them quite a bit to make my order. Otherwise I liked it!
