When they explained the nuances of how they cook their chicken differently, I must admit I didn’t really care. It just sounded gimmicky and I almost walked away. I’m glad I didn’t. whatever these guys are doing, the result is excellent. Juicy, tender and full of flavour.Also not to be missed is their own special hot sauce. This is a great find.
