My wife and I shared the Tobago wrap and despite being a a bit on the dry side I enjoyed. The chicken had a nice texture and they have a hot sauce that enhances the flavour nicely. The staff are also friendly which is a big thing for me.

We ordered a tabogo wrap. It was very dry. If we wanted to add ‘hot sauce’ to it we could, there was a bottle of it out. Adding it didn’t help the dryness of the jerk chicken. It was bland as well.

We love the Reef restaurant, so when we saw the Reef Runner we decided to have some Caribbean despite the long line. We ordered the jerk chicken, but the employee rudely told us they were all out. He was so rude that if we hadn’t waited so long we would have just left, but we were hungry so we ordered 3 johnny cakes for $2. They were so cold and the same employee did not heat them up; we couldn’t finish them. We won’t be back.

Jerk Chicken Roti. Got to say the girl running the cash was great, upbeat friendly, composed. The boys we’re rockin the kitchen, it was busy but seemed to be pretty smooth. As far as Jerk goes it was a fairly tame version, good flavour but really sloppy to eat. I’d like to see them either thicken the sauce a bit or add more potato perhaps or alternately use a little less sauce. They provided ample napkins but I’d hate to be on a lunch break and have to worry about getting Turmeric stains off my clothes or face.
