We came here for a quick bite before dinner as we’ve just arrived to Victoria. The restaurant was actually closed but they forgot to turn off the sign and we walked in and they served us anyway. We ordered the vegetarian curry platter to share. The curry was delicious with basmati rice. Portion was a bit small but delicious!

A true hidden gem! A small restaurant off the main tourist strip that is well worth a visit. The beef shepta (stir fry with veggies and rice) was excellent. The beef was excellent quality and the veggies were cooked but still crisp. I ordered it hot, which is not for the faint of heart, but I enjoy the heat, and this was definitely spicy, but also full of flavour. A mango lassi (think yogurt smoothie) was a perfect dessert, and also great to tame the heat. I’m definitely coming back.

This place maybe a bit pricey, but the food is definitely worth it! The momos are a must here if you are a dumpling fan. The curries are excellent as well!

Priced for a prince. I can’t say if it’s any good because I walked out when I saw the watermelon and spinach salad cost $14. Everything else seemed overpriced as well and from the pictures on the menu tiny portions.

A delight!. Have been wanting to try Tibetan Kitchen so jumped at the chance when Group-On available.Small quiant restaurant with warm, friendly top-notch service. We walked in during busy dinner rush without a reservation so instead of turning us away or forcing us to crowd his entrance he took down our number and called us when table available about 10 minutes later – now that’s a restaurant staffed with people who care about it’s customers! For meal experience… excellent! Everything fresh, tasty and made in-house. Any of the appetizers are a must try especially momos. The curry is delicious and flavourful. Food definitely made with Tibetan love. Prices are not cheap especially when wanting to share a bunch of different dishes but you are paying for a uniquely memorable experience and food is authentic and handmade by Tibetan Chef Pemba. The cuisine is unlike anything I’ve ever tried (Asian meets Indian) and we will be back for more!
