Tasty, if not authentic pakoras. I love pakoras. Anything fried, really. In any case, Varinicey has their own spin on it and it actually tastes healthy (in a good way). They use a variety of local vegetables which is awesome, and the batter is light and fluffy while still being crispy. The only thing is I wish it had more SPICE to it, but I guess it’s pakoras for the masses…
