If you don’t know the owners, you get bad cuts of the meat. My family friend comes here all the time and she gets me the BBQ roast pork and it is super tasty with the right amount of fat and lean parts. When I came here few years later (they didn’t recognize me anymore – my sister and owner’s daughter is best friends), they gave me the fattiest part of the BBQ roast pork. Worst part is when you go order, they don’t ask if you what more fat or less fat.
