Delicious. I had the Brussels waffle with banana, ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Worth all the toppings! Best waffle I’ve ever had in my life.
The owner and his sun are really friendly. Food is good, service is good and people is good. Why is the reason not to go?
The best!. You can’t beat these waffles – as a carry around snack or even breakfast. The service is fantastic and we get waffles every week during the Sidney market days in the summer. The owners are super friendly and chatty. We go every chance we get. The only hazard is: once I eat one waffle, I always want more!
The delicate smell of fresh waffles awakened our senses to something fabulous nearby. We ventured into this tiny shop. One fellow stood behind the counter. He was very informative. We learned about 2 kinds of beigian waffles. After a great deal of thought, we choose one kind to purchase. Delicious! A must try!
Best waffle i’ve ever had in my life!!. I had the square crispy waffle. Omg… its so light crispy, little gooey in the middle. Perfect as is with a little icing sugar. Must try when you are in the area. Best food I ever had on the island. Not exaggerating….
Nothing short of SUMPTUOUS. I met Mr. Liege Waffel himself at a street fair and found him to be as friendly as his waffles were delicious. What a surprise. As often the case, street food is better than restaurant food.
Smells so good!. Liege Waffle $4 5.5/5 – much better than the one I had in Qoola. This one was soft, fluffy, chewier, denser. Exactly what I’m expecting for a liege waffle except it didn’t have chunks of pearl sugar. It was caramelized on the outside of the waffle but I could not bite into pieces of sugar. I liked this better because it gave me enough sweetness from the shell already. I couldn’t stop and turn around to get a box of 6 for $9 to take home. The lady told me it can be kept in room temperature.
