We stepped into a chaotic Saturday evening. They were clearly understaffed when the hostess kept leaving her post to wipe up tables, leaving an ever-growing line of people waiting to be seated. Our waiter was courteous and friendly but I felt bad for the poor guy. He was so stressed with sweat coming down his forehead. Clearly very understaffed. We had plenty of warning that food would take 30 min due to understaffing in the kitchen (you mean understaffed everywhere?). An hour later we still hadn’t had our food and the manager comes up to us apologizing. Apparently the rack of ribs we ordered was dropped on the floor – and it was the last rack of ribs. So she told us to order something else and it’ll be on the house. We weren’t mad but an hour later without food we were past the point of hungry. Despite the chaotic experience we had I’m still giving 4/5 as the staff let us know ahead of time that it’d be a wait for the food, they were generally apologetic and it was very obvious they were trying their best. Of course, only paying for my order of tacos was the cherry on top. Smart customer satisfaction move.

Great brekky. Usually come here for breakfast, always done right. There are few places in Victoria that serve hash browns, which I enjoy. Service is good, never too long a wait. Having a full breakfast with coffee and orange juice is a on the expensive side.
