This is a great spot for breakfast. Everything I’ve had here has been delicious. Good service as well and the waits aren’t too bad on those weekend mornings. The patio is great in the summer as well.
–Eh… That about some-up our experience at Willie’s. Our server was more interested in patronizing older men at the bar than tending her guests seated in her area. Food was tasty and filling, but not worth the 20 minutes it took to get our order taken. Try something different off the beat-and-path.
The service is very very slow, but friendly when they do finally make it around. The food is okay, nothing to write home about. The courtyard is five start. Unfortunately, based on the poor service and subpar food we won’t be back. There are just too many wonderful breakfast joints in Victoria to bother.
I love that it’s an all day breakfast. The location was perfect for me, as we were only staying a block away, on our visit to Victoria. The menu had a decent selection. I was disappointed in the fruit offered, or rather the lack of that came with the order. Prices were a little high but, not too bad. Food was decent.
One of my favourite places to stop for breaky when I visit the city, i get the black stone benny and sub out for chipotle hollandaise. Always good!!
Sub par food, terrible service. Went to Willies today for brunch. Waited at the ‘Please wait to be seated’ area for about five minutes while staring at multiple emty tables. The wait staff seemed to have no clue what was going on and kept zipping bout waiting for someone else to help us. When we were finally seated the service was terribly slow. My partner and I both ordered coffees which were alright and eggs Benny. It took about a half hour for us to get our food and it was half cold when we finally got it. It was decent, we have had worse but also had much better. Our waitress never stopped to check on us and we had to find her to get our bill and leave. Don’t think we will be going back
Best Veggie Burgers. Best veggie burger that I have had so far! First one I have tried on Vancouver Island. The food was great…fresh and yum. The fresh-made unsweetened ice tea was also super. Finished the meal with an amazing lemon tart. Only wish they gave a french fry option with the burger. A burger just seems to need fries. But the fried potatoes that it did come with were yummy.Staff was friendly and efficient for our group of 8. Would definitely eat here again!
