FRESH fruit bubble tea and homemade sandwiches. Wow, the fresh fruit bubble tea here is indeed very fresh and fruity! They also have a wide assortment of homemade sandwiches which are quite cheap for the downtown area ($3-6). Walked over a couple times while I had a conference at the Sheraton Wall Centre, and glad I did!
So good. The food at Ya Ya’s is unbelievably good.
Best bubble tea in town hands down! Made with fresh fruit and not that powder stuff full of chemicals. The service is also EXCELLENT. I went there with my 6 yr old and they made him a special bubble tea with no milk or caffeine. Thank you Ya Ya’s.
Your regular neighborhood coffee shop. To be honest, i think they should improve on representation for their sandwich/panini display. – i had the ham sandwich was was good but not amazing. i like how they use whole grain bread and the ingredients were very fresh. however, i don’t think the owner heard me when i asked for it to be toasted.. & i thought i was waiting for it to be toasted when actually the wait was for my milk tea.- my milk tea was OK. a little surprised that it came in slushy form but i kinda liked it because the ice was really grinded that you do not taste the ice chunks. it just makes it a colder drink without having ice melting and watering the milk tea. i guess it tastes different than most of the milk tea’s in vancouver. it doesn’t have a strong tea flavour and it tastes more artificial. the owner herself is really nice and welcoming! she even gave me a free carrot muffin which was good.
Great Lunch Spot. Ya Ya’s is such a lovely spot for a quick inexpensive lunch. The food is fresh, the people working there are FAST and as a bonus, they give you a cookie with your lunch, just because! They also do the 1/2 sandwich deal for those of us who don’t want to eat a whole sandwich. THUMBS UP! A great find for those of us looking for a reasonable and healthy lunch.
