Worst Dining Experience in a while!. Had high hopes for this place (despite it being almost empty at 7pm on a Friday night). There was a guy playing a grand piano, yes I thought, this is going to be lovely! After being greeted with ‘you here for pick up?’ we were shown to a table and then left for around 15 minutes with no drinks menu. When we eventually ordered I was disappointed that our drinks, starter and mains came within a 5 minute timeframe. The main of lemongrass chicken was very poor. $18 worth of undercooked and fatty chicken with a few green onions sprinkled over it and a tiny portion of vermicelli. Barely touched it. Will never return!

Rude waiter. Walked in, waiter could barely make eye contact, no hello, just threw menu down. When we asked about some of the dishes, waiter was very cold and short, barely civilized. Food okay but too pricey. Would never go back!

Great food and friendly service. We went there with guests from out of town twice and they loved it. The service was great and the food was really delicious. We have gone by ourselves as well and the food was great again I really like this place

Worst customer service. My daughter and I had lunch here. We found it using our entertainment coupon. Very expensive to begin with. Most meals were almost double what I would pay for anywhere else. $18 a plate to start! The ambience is nice and the parking in the back is convenient. The male server was rude and made us feel like we were a bother. His manners were deplorable and cold. Maybe thats how they behave in Vietnam. ..but here in Vancouver we like nice people. If I am going to drop $50 for lunch you can bet your going to get a review from me. The food was quite good. Tasty and good portions.Wont go back due to service and price.

Terrible service. The server brought menus and a pitcher of water took our orders and then left without checking in at all or asking if we wanted any drinks. We had to go find him to ask for a extra spoon which he still didn’t want to give to us. We felt as though we were a bother to him even though the restaurant was empty. He took our plates without asking if we were finished. Demanded a tip of at least 10% and then told us we shouldn’t have come in at all. We wish we hadn’t.

Bad Service. I decided to go there since I have never tried it. The restaurant was not crowded, only a few tables were taken. Went in with a backpack and smile, sat down, got the menu and started choosing the food. Perhaps it was because of my young age or me being alone that the waiter was very rude to me, while he was laughing with the next table. He didn’t ask me what kind of drink I wanted, brought a pitcher and slammed it on the table. He was very cold and avoided me as much as possible. Brought the food, slammed it on the table again, didn’t even bother to reply or wait for me to finish saying thank you and left. Never came to check if I was fine or if I needed anything else. I was super disappointed, and he ruined the rest of my day.

Good parking in the back, fantastic deck out front, but not your typical urban dive pho resturant. Altho the interior is a little dated there is a grand piano in the middle of the resturant and the food price to match this theam. The food was ok, tho the pho had too much noode, and no subs. It does look to have a pretty well stocked bar tho… Might go well. With the great patio deck on a summers evening.
