Going Downhill. New owners have increased the prices on almost everything; new items are all pre-packaged and overpriced; staff that were there before the change in ownership seem really stressed. Not as good as it used to be.
Great place! Great staff!. A great cafe, with excellent coffee, and friendly/attentive staff. The owner is very committed and has done a great job in building a great team. I go here daily, and am never dissapointed. Can’t wait to enjoy the nice patio.
Customer service out the window. I was not impressed when i brought my dog in just to grab a coffee and go – I had been told previously as long as I did not put him down as they did not want him to pee it would be fine – I couldn’t have him stay but all I wanted to do was grab a coffee and go…this time the lady at the front counter was prettty rude about it. She let me stand in line for a few minutes – did not say hi – yelled at me to remove my dog and then cut me off when I tried to explain my understanding- and yes yelled at me some more- so I Ieft – not because my dog wasn’t allowed in but because of how she handled it – just plain rude…i let her know…booo
Yum. Gallagher’s is a great place to hang out with friends. They have live music some nights and there hot chocolate is very tasty!

Improvenment needed.. I love JJ Bean coffee, but feel the sandwiches could be improved on, as they all taste the same and come with about 3 tiny pieces of lettuce, more like a garnish than a sald. The baked goods are all brought in from a supplier and are poor quality.
Coffee is rich and never burnt tasting. All the espresso’s are organic and the panini’s are creative and tasty. Prices are fair too. Atmosphere is warm and inviting.
