Rude service, good pizza. Called in to order take out recently on a Monday and was put on hold for so long I ended up hanging up and calling Panago who promptly took my order and delivered within 40 mins. I get the feeling I’m bothering them when I call Pegasus. Not a great way to get repeat business. Too bad because the pizza is good.
Worst restaurant experience. I was shocked at the appalling service at this restaurant. My young brother ordered take away and when the food never arrived, the manager was very polite and offered us a credit. What made this situation so shocking was that she called back ten minutes later because she had changed her mind! She proceeded to blame me and even hung up on me! I couldn’t believe how rudely she treated me. Turns out the food was left at the wrong house. He delivery person left the food on the doorstep of another house on the wrong street.
