Beautiful location, great attentive well trained servers..over sauced old menu! This place needs some new menu items REALLY badly! The food they have had on their menu for years is good but always swimming in sauce. It would be amazing to see something new and creative from their kitchen.

Went in September 2016; definitely a hangout popular with the locals, and good for groups; although can be a bit tough to hear conversation when there is a live band (music was great). I had the braised beef short ribs which were really good. I was too full to eat dessert. I can see why this place is so popular. I was visiting briefly from out of town. Interesting decor. This is one place I wish I lived closer too as I would definitely go back.

My first time to what is a White Rock classic.(although technically in South Surrey). First experience went great- food was fantastic and the drinks were great too. Good environment. Next time I go we will get a table a little further from clammer of the kitchen (maybe with an ocean view??) and I’ll see if it continues to perform well. Serving sizes were a little on the small side: but maybe that was just because we were so hungry (even after filling up on delicious bread and olive oil). The surf and turf was very good it just felt a little on the smaller side since I had ordered it specifically since it seemed like a filling meal.

For whatever reason, this place makes me feel romantic, must be the wine they serve or how the table was set up for such a lovely couple. Food here is always delicious! Best for celebrating New Year’s Eve and other special occasion, the live band is definitely an icing on the cake.

I really wanted to like it. Our appetizers were good (calamari, prawns, wings) but our entrees left more to be desired. I order the seafood penne and my partner had the lamb chops. We both wished we had gone across the street to La Baia.

Disappointed service, bad food, dirty utensils, worn out furniture…won’t come back again

Don’t expect to much. Like many have said before, used to be delightful. It a dirty place. Sit at the bar and check out the disgusting filthy floor. The glasses in the rack obove our heads at the bar were lined with dust and grime. Take a peek if you dare to the kitchen, that you can see through the bar, yuk. rack of lamb had only four ribs, and bland mashed potatoes. I can have potatoes at home…not a gourmet choice for sure. If you love dust you will adore the entrance, hasn’t been cleaned in years. Its a real shame, this used to be a jewel, something to look forward to. Not any more. Needs an update, and a revamped menu.
