This steak house is way better than its current rating and its their service and management that deserves the kudos. My steak came out medium (probably because it was so busy…it was Dine Out season) instead of rare. I informed our server and he promptly replaced it. The manager came by minutes after and apologized plus comp-ed the meal. Wow. Been here many times before and will continue to come. Great atmosphere. The private rooms are perfect to have a gathering or celebration. Oh. The 2nd steak was deliciously rare.
The place is a bit pricey, but find me a good steakhouse that isn’t. Great atmosphere and the food, OMG… Soooo good. And their outdoor patio with a few drinks during the summer is a must do. They introduced us to the Moscow Mule, lol. Wish I still lived there… Miss this restaurant.
Great place for a steak in Richmond.I find the decor very good. I love the spacious restroom. So comfy and huge powder room.There always seems to be a seat. The outside seating is really nice but a bit noisey.Overall my fav place for a caesar cocktail with the ladies!
Definitely recommend the onion soup and prime rib! My family really enjoyed the bone in rib eye steak! Great service; bread was amazing. Prime rib and hunter chicken was great too! A little pricey but worth it for a special occasion like my moms birthday

February 7 , 2018We tried their dine out menu. Their hostess with long hair skinny lady, always too busy chatting with her friends with black face all the time. Whenever she serve customer. Our waitress were nice and fast, but don’t understand.. she don’t wear uniform or all in black color… she was wearing her own blue t shirt with tight pants. I saw a lot of servers there, but they just keep walking around, without serving / pay attention with customer.Their pina colada taste awful.. rest of it taste same. January 1, 2018We celebrated dad’s birthday. We had a bottle of wine, smoked rib eye, smoked baby back ribs, new York strip loin, prime rib, garden salad, French onion soup and seafood chowder for dinner tonight.
