Feeling mighty generous, and if you think about the unexpected satisfaction, well, that’s worth the extra 4th star.Thank goodness I didn’t know about this place in the summer—milkshakes. That speaks for itself! While not as malty as I’d like, considering literally you get 2 FULL tall glasses, this is the steal of the century. Even White Spot & Red Robin’s cheaps out on the 2nd one.And the Grand Slam breakfast, puts Denny’s to shame. REAL sausages, REAL ham, in the thick variety. Greasy, a bit.Loved the booth seating, wasn’t expecting a more tidier version of a typical older diners, this one is clean.Friendly service too.Others complain about them offering Chinese food as well, and I just don’t get it; just more variety for the customers without driving down to Chinatown here or in Vancouver. Sure it’s Western-style but no one’s forcing you to order it lol.Did see some juicy burgers going around.Definite repeat.Accept credit/debit so it’s no sleazy diner haha.
A greasy spoon desperately attempting to understand hot rod culture. A real attempt at a 50’s diner done on the cheap. And it’s almost close to being a sweet joint. Get rid of that horrible ultra white mismatched CFL lighting and swap out some asian pink paint for fire engine red… Now you might have a cool restaurant. But i’m here to eat, not to nitpick interior decorating atrocities. For a greasy spoon, they have some good dishes and even a few surprises. The solid and diverse breakfast menu comes with only one warning, don’t order breakfast after 11. That griddle grease mismatch ruins otherwise brilliant dishes. It’s a greasy spoon. The grease is critical! You were late, it’s your fault. Eat lunch instead. Great eggs benny and good omelettes with a surprising variety of ingredients. Lunch is standard diner fare with a few asian dishes sprinkled in. I haven’t sampled quite enough, but what I’ve had is par for the course. If you’re in the area, stop in.Bonus points for having only one television. Zero is the correct number, but hats off for sticking it out of the way.Atmosphere: 6Food: 7.5Lighting:3Acoustics:8Staff: 9

Early morning – good food!. It’s always a treat to be able to get breakfast early in the morning. The service is wonderful, coffee hot & eggs done just right.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! Nasty diner food that wasn’t even edible in the 90’s. Didn’t know until I spoke with the staff at a neighbouring dealership.
Good food.. I had to take my car in for a service, so I had breakfast while waited for a call. A very friendly greeting, you can sit where you please. Lots of hot fresh coffee and a good range of breakfast dishes. I had the Eggs Benedict with bacon, It was very very good. Defiantly worth a try if you are getting a car serviced, or just in the area looking for good unpretentious food.
Very nice staff! 10% discount for neighbouring companies
