I have driven by this place so many times… stopped in to check it out. No liquor license means no beer with your food. the pakora’s were so dry they were un-eatable. The curried fish dish was very weak, poor quaulity fish and the curry itself tasted like it was lamb in it… Not a terrible place, but my money will go somewhere that takes more pride in its cooking
Felt like eating indian food today so a friend recommended to go to this place. It was super delicious and definitely didn’t let me down. The portions are pretty big and you can decide on the spiciness of the dish!—-Tasty level: 10/10Price: $$Will I go again: 10/10
Came here for a lunch special after seeing the decent rating. I got a butter chicken and black lentil curry for side. The amount is decent, butter chicken is good flavor, but the meat is quite dry, and nothing special for the black lentil. I think the foods are good quality but not great. Maybe the separate order would be better.
One of the best Indian restaurants in town. Their Garlic Breads are so great. I could not find any similar ones in other restaurants. Today I tried my all time favorite Subz Korma with Garlic Naan and Dahi (Yogurt) and it was just perfect.
The food is extremely fresh and the quantity is very generous – that’s what me and my family love about this restaurant. The lamb rogan josh is always ordered. According to my Dad, the meat just melts in your mouth. Expect a 20-25 waiting time, but it’s worth it.Our top picks:* Lamb rogan josh* Chili chicken* Fish pakoras
Nice little (and clean) restaurant in Richmond at the corner off Bridgeport and Beckman. Lots of parking in this tiny strip mall. Excellent food. My favourite is the lamb korma! Comes with naan and rice. The sauce is to die for. Staff is friendly although service can be slow at times. Well worth the wait.
Superb cuisine!. My husband and I are from Chicago with plenty of options for Indian food on a daily basis. So we did not expect cuisine as good as we get at home. This restaurant would give any restaurant back home a run for their money. EVERY FOOD ITEM we ordered was SUPERB! If you live in the area be sure to visit this restaurant, and make it a local favorite. I only wish they were back home. By the way, we had the vegetable pakoras, chicken tikka masala, vegetable korma, and palak – SUPERB YUM!
