Went in this afternoon with a friend as we had about 40min to burn before an appointment. Figured we would grab a quick snack as the pub was almost empty at the time, We ordered an order of honey garlic chicken wings and a chicken sandwich. The food arrived about 25min after ordering. The chicken wings arrived cold and very overcooked with barley any meat on them at all, the chicken sandwich was so so at best and the worst part was the ketchup had this unbearable vinegar taste going on with it. So after about 15min of trying to flag down the waitress she appears coming out of the kitchen with a phone up to her ear while approaching are table. She never asked how are food was just asked if we wanted a bill, at this point we had to get leaving pretty quick she never comes back with a bill she is now sitting on the couch having a conversation with someone on her Iphone. We walk up to the bar counter to pay and she comes up looking annoyed with a phone still too her ear still talking to who ever is on the other line trying to print are bill. She then rudely walks away and continues her conversation before we can even pay her, a kitchen staff comes out and tries to help us but is struggling to use the computer system. We make payment for our bill and ask the kitchen staff who helped us if there was a manager we could speak too regarding the service we had received and he said he could not help as it was his first day and that she had an important long distance call so she had to take it.I have been going to pubs and restaurants for many years and have never had any service or experience even come close to this one. I hope management will see this message and get this pub turned around too how it was run before.
Best Cajun Chicken burger/clubhouse in town. Service is kind of slow, but food was worth it. New owners added curry to the menu, which is nice and spicy as well. They got a pool table as well but the owners son is a shark, beat me all 3 games
