Shit overcrowded place with people constantly hitting your chairs and pushing you. Took us a good 10 minutes before a sever finally took our order and even then they were extremely rude. Food is subpar as well. Would not come again.
Lovely lemon chicken. Suprised at the negative customer service reviews- the lady who served us was beyond lovely, friendly, talkative, gave menu advice, and asked how everything was. The lemon chicken was really wonderful- juicy, strips of chicken breast perfectly fried in panko crumbs. Chow mein was crispy and nicely seasoned. Scalloped garlic fried rice was tasty, scallops were tender and big. Only downfall was the overcooked green beans. Overall a solid meal.
Extremely bad customer service. Bad management on booking tables!!!! Rude servers.. highly not recommend this restaurant!!! Have reservation still have to wait!!! Have empy tables but not give it to those who are waiting… very bad organization!!!
This restaurant is horrible. There service is unacceptable.. Would not recommend anyone else to go! Btw, the food is in large potion but they taste horrible.
Service was terrible…waited 40 mins for the fried rice!!!! And I think their regular customers also terrible…we were waiting to be seated..and 2 of their regulars just walked in and seated themselves at the table was supposed to be ours.
Highly Recommended. I have been to the Lucky Joy BBQ so many times. And I feel good about this Chinese restaurant. There are so many local Chinese food that we will not eat in another restaurant in Richmond. The price is cheap and the food taste well. I hope you guys would go and try !!!!
This restuarant was the WORST!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!!!!!I went to this restuarant because the dishes were of large portions. It was busy, and I had a reservation for 11 at 7:00, We had arrived at 7:10. There was only 1 table unoccupied, they were cleaning it and had told us that the table will be available in a few minutes. Another group of people that had a reservation at the same time came at 7:15. They were given the table, we were so confused. They were given it because they had connections to the manager. Horrible service, will never eat there ever again.Would NOT recommend.
