Terrible service. Not a very good selection of beer and the manager was incredibly rude because he didn’t like how my friend had her feet up on their lounging couches. He could have asked in a more polite and respectful manner to the her feet down, instead he was so rude that we just got up and left. Terrible. We will never go back. Kelowna has ample pubs and this will not be one we go back to.
Best brunch ever!. We had the smoked salmon Benny today. Best in all of Canada! I’ve had Benny’s everywhere from Halifax to Victoria and these were to die for! You have to go there!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the server. The staff is very friendly. We ordered our food and I had a great breakfast my egg came out perfect along with the French toast and bacon! I’am very fussy when it come to eating out and I can honestly say that was the best breakfast I have had in a long long time!
Have not gone back in awhile. The food here is excellent but what drew me away was that I kept noticing dust and cobwebs on the lights and up above in washroom and each time I told the server nothing was ever done to finally clean it so that makes me nervous on the overall cleanliness of restaurant/pub as no care to clean an obvious problem mentioned to them a few times.17 Jun, 2013Great pub, few improvements needed. Overall the food is awesome here! The main older lady server is one of very best in Kelowna. What I would like to see changed is cleaner washrooms as cobwebs on lights etc, I even told them and next week I was there again still not cleaned and some up to date ambiance and pictures on the wall would be so nice. The real wood fire place is a nice touch for fall to spring and the pool table is balanced and in great shape. Please stop playing only current hits though as so repetitive! Thanks!
Won’t be back. Terrible service. Upon entering the pub we realize its in bad need of an update… No big deal maybe the food will make up for it. WRONG! The food was mediocre at best. After picking over the meal we realize we haven’t seen our waitress in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later she comes by to give us a bill, she did apologize for having too much to do, but we did notice she was the only one working. She left us the visa machine and we paid the bill. We then waited 15 more minuites for her to come by and get the visa machine, she didn’t even come back! And we didn’t get the desert that was included with our meal! I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back.
Great Atmosphere!! A destination!. I love this place because of the huge beautiful fireplace, and I can take my visiting friends there for a casual meal in hiking boots fresh off the KVR trails! And if it is just us girls… staff will switch a TV from ESPN to HGTV!I would never let a visiting guest miss out on the Bunk House… It is a treasure!It has character…. and you never go away thirsty or hunger! : )
