I used to go to this restaurant and they were pretty good, but I just recently went there and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. First I went in there and got seated and started to order. It was only myself and another table. It took them a solid 35 minutes to get our food. And after we got our food we asked 3 different waitresses to get us water and after 15 minutes of asking they finally gave it to us. It seemed like they were only giving drinks and food to the other table and treated us worse than them. I was already disgruntled and just wanted to get out so I went to pay the bill and the lady had the audacity to say that they will charge a 10% tip fee to my bill. I then proceeded to argue that I do not want to give a tip since I had to wait so long for my food and water. The lady then said to go find a new restaurant. This was very rude of her, which means that I no longer want to go here. Would not recommend this place.

The service was 10 times much more polite than any other Chinese restaurant that I had been in. (We don’t eat out now because of that)The food was well proportioned and delicious. The prompt polite staff added to my liking the place. We will definitely come back when we have family visiting again. Thanks Lakeview!
Just got delivery. The lady on the phone was really nice. I ordered a dinner for 2, and crunchy ginger beef. I don’t know how much more disappointing a dinner can be. The sweet & sour pork had the sauce on it. Instead of crunchy pork with sauce, I got mushy pork. Disgusting. In my opinion, inedible. The spring rolls were super greasy. The ginger beef was ok. To be honest, the chowmein was the best part of the meal, and it wasn’t amazing.So sad. I expected so much more.
Used to be my Favorite Chinese restaurant. But… not coming back anymore. RUDE cashier and servers. One time came in around 2:30 pm and the waitress told y family to hurry our order because they are going for their lunch! What the..? We just arrived less than 5 mins and she just gave the menu for our order! The next time we came in around same time… they close the door and we are outside never even bother telling us they are going for their lunch as if they don’t see customer’s outside. Very Rude and ARROGANT servers and staff. Not coming back here, rather go to HON’s a few blocks away. Plus DIRTY washroom! Yucks!!!!
Disgusting. My wife and I went here for dinner tonight after a coworker recommended it. I am going to ask him tomorrow if he had his tastebuds removed. The food was old tasting and totally repulsive. I would not feed this crap to my dog. Take the extra ten minute drive to richmond and get fresh high quality food. The food here had a nasty odur and was inedible. I would rate this a negative ten if it was possible. Many tables in there with quarter eaten dishes and not looking to impressed. Bad dog food at best…gross
Highly Disappointed. We were recommended this restaurant fro a coworker who said the food was very good and authentic. I am going to ask him tomorrow if he had his tastebuds removed. This is hands down the worst chinese food in the lower mainland. The service sucks and the quality of the food is even worse. Nothing is fresh and the dishes we had were soggy and stinky. Fast food at the mall is 10’times better than this. I would not feed this to my dog. If you like Asian food then this will surely disappoint. Taking the extra 15 minute ride to richmond will be worth your time. Not sure how this place remains open. Disgusting garbage. Totally turned me off. We left with a table full of food and stomach aches.
Not good! This isn’t our regular Chinese food spot, but decided to try it. I was firstly put off by the menu where it says food can be made without MSG upon request. Really? Our regular place is msg free. We ordered the hot and sour soup which was neither hot nor sour. And my husbands sweet & sour chicken balls were just ok. Nothing special. Maybe wrong choice of dishes but won’t be trying again.
