I can’t say what the food is like (they said up to an hour when I ordered) I called after 90 minutes and they apologized, I asked if they would reduce the price and was offered 10% and that they would send it right away, half an hour later it shows up and the package was warm but I was too frustrated to be hungry anymore.
We had ordered from Zums once in the past and it arrived 45 minutes past the deliver time but it was a Saturday night so we just assumed they were busy. We tried them again tonight and ordered dinner at 6:15 with an expected time of 7:30. We called at 8:15 and was told it would arrive within minutes. It finally arrived at 9:00… the worst part it was stone cold and they made us pay full price… There are so many good Chinese food places in Victoria don’t waste your time waiting all night for these guys.
Was looking for a cheap Chinese restaurant in Victoria that was actually open later than 8pm on a Monday and found Lum’s. The portions are HUGE and very delicious. I had the combo D and she let me switch my chicken fried rice out for veggie fried rice free of charge. I also had the wonton soup, the broth was so good and the wontons were definitely hand made. Service was great, fast and friendly and our waitress was very accommodating to our substitutions. Definitely would go there again!
