It’s almost like a food court set up which we weren’t expecting. Simple menu. Very quick service. Good flavors, nothing was too spicy which I actually preferred. We would come here again.
Came across this place randomly while searching for a place to eat on my day trip to Victoria. When we got to the place we were reluctant at first but don’t judge a book by its cover. I got the vegetarian platter which was $9.50 before tax. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and served us very fast. The food speaks for itself, both visually and tastefully satisfying, the portions are huge and I was not able to finish mine. Definitely recommend anyone interested in trying new cuisines as this was delicious for me, would return 100%

Loved this little gem of a place. Great vegetarian options (3 kinds of lentils, potatoes & carrots, cabbage and spinach with injera) for under $10 and filling!
Consistently excellent. Simple heartwarming homestyle Ethiopian food which everyone should try. The Injeera bread is soft and warm and everything that goes on it, from the lentils to the spinach, potatoes, carrots and beef are always perfectly done. Not spicy but totally, utterly delicious…it’s like having a meal made by an Ethiopian mother, which it is! Always hits the spot and there’s enough food for a second meal. Awesome place and terrific prices!
Great place when you are craving something different!. I love trying out different cuisines, so of course I had to check out this little Ethiopian place. It was my first time eating Ethiopian food, so I ordered the combo plate for lunch. It was delicious! Huge portions for an affordable price, and friendly service. My husband is already asking if we can go back there!
Used to love it. I used to order takeout from here all the time and would get two full meals out of one veggie combo. :)Now the portions are very small and half the meal is the spongy bread (which I don’t care for). I eat all the vegetables and I’m still hungry, and I don’t have a big appetite at all.
