Took over fifteen minutes for three people to make a handful of rolls, and our order was incorrect. The staff weren’t knowledgable in their own product and while I was told this was a nice little sushi spot, it left me disappointed and more than a little upset. I highly doubt this place is competent enough to garner a return visit.
Never get sushi from a restaurant that isn’t busy.. Came here when I was starving recently and thought a sushi combo would satisfy my hunger. I got the tuna maki, salmon maki, and california roll combo. One taste of everything and I realized it was all off. I have sensitive taste buds and was sickened by the taste of bad fish – even the california roll tasted off which means that fake crab was sitting around for awhile. Ugh. I walked away still hungry and out $9. Will never go back.

Worst Bento Box Of My Life. I literally just had THE worst Bento Box of my life by far at this place. The beef was cold and bland, luke warm Miso soup and soggy prawn tempura. The California rolls were good, but that was it. I usually never bother to post reviews like this online, but this was so beyond bad that I just had to.
Fantastic hideaway sushi! $…. Fantastic hideaway sushi!$8-$9 for a personal combo with 15 pieces of sushi and some of the best miso I’ve ever had. Finally a well priced, fresh, quality sushi place that is on par with the Vancouver sushi scene! I Recomend the BC roll and the spicey salmon roll.
