Best diner food.. Rosies diner is one of the best diners to eat at because it has such a friendly atmosphere.
Good home style burgers, hearty breakfasts, good service.
Great!. Everyone there is so sweet and great service! Food is really good! I am super happy everytime we go! it’s a hidden gem!
Sunday Brunch. A Great Diner in the Cook Street Village. We go almost every Sunday for Brunch. Come, Relax and enjoy the great food, friendly service and reminiss to the oldies diner music.
I was hoping for so much more! Service was pretty good, warm and welcoming but efficient for a Saturday late morning breakfast. The organization of seating was awkward though. I got the traditional eggs Benny and my boyfriend the traditional breakfast. The hollandaise was nothing special, eggs were exceptionally small, home fries were underdone, and my boyfriend’s eggs were some of the worst I’ve ever seen – browned to a crisp on the bottom but undercooked on top. When the egg crunches, it’s a problem. Unfortunate, but head downtown for something else!
Excellent Mom and Pop Diner. We are always looking for places that are locally owned and operated. Rosie’s is very kitschy and amusing when you first walk in, and you are always greeted with a smile. The burger I had was obviously hand formed, and was presented on a kaiser roll. The fries are hand cut and excellent. My wife’s chicken melt was very tasty as well. A real great experience.
Gr8 Grub. Not to reminisce too far back, but the diner on Cook St known as Rosies. Is without a doubt a trip to the past, great food, all day breakfasts. Unique soups. Specifically their renowned Reuben Soup. A wonderful concoction of Corned beef and cabbage. I have been in the food trade since 1956 and I have never enjoyed a soup as much as this. A 5 star rating in my opinion. The dcor is Nostalgic, the menu is a combination of both modern and traditional diner fare. The prices are also nostalgic a very reasonable cost for great food great services and a morning SMILE.
