Great chicken wings. Great beer. Great service. Great times. Also, the taco chicken burger in a wrap is a nice dinner. Cook street wouldn’t be the same without the beagle.
This used to be my favourite pub, but I feel like it’s gone downhill in the last year or so. They used to have better food and service. It’s a shame.
Great local pub. We had a burger and fries and the jerk chicken and yam fries. Both were large portions and very tasty. The service was excellent and quick and a good range of beers.If you are hard of hearing it might not be a great choice as it can be busy and noisy however there are seats outside.
Downhill. I have eaten there Chicken Taco Burger for years. It is the only thing I ever ORDER BECAUSE IT IS SO DELICIOUS. Tragically, you can tell the changes in the kitchen have not been for the better. The chicken breast was no longer fresh and tasted like they picked up a frozen pack of breasts from Safeway. The bun was cheap too… very disappointing. I won’t be eating there anymore. Customer lost.
A classic pub. Staff are often friendly, the pub itself is very nice inside, and the atmosphere is good. I feel like I enjoyed the food more so a few years ago then I have recently, though I may have just had a mediocre experience. Regardless, you can always eat at Big Wheel Burger then stop inside here for a pint!
A buddy brought us to the beagle for a quick bite and some beers. Service was steady, food was better than standard pub food, but a very loud place. Could just be the layout but they sure found a way to cram everyone in.
Meh. Food is okay.. Service isn’t very friendly. Seems very poorly managed. Boring menu and kind of grubby. The whole place needs to be scrubbed down and maybe hire a team that actually cares.
