Bubble Queen is our personal favorite place to get bubble tea. This place definitely has the mango cubes slush in town. What we love about this place – their drinks are mainly made with fresh ingredients (not the artificial powder). The price is a little pricier than their competitors, however you get what you pay for. We definitely recommend this place!

THE MANGO MOCHI BUBBLE WAFFLE IS AMAZING. All caps mandatory! Staff is the nicest- they remember their regulars and it is charming Ordered the Bueno chocolate bbt with pearls and my partner ordered the papaya slush with pearls. I think they put a whole Bueno bar in there?! And maybe even a whole small papaya?!? I watched her scoop a fresh papaya and there was definitely at least half the fruit in there. The best bubble tea place around. We drive out from Port Coquitlam to get our fix here.

This was the first time we tried the bubble drinks here. I ordered the matcha milk drink with coconut jelly and my husband ordered the ferrero rocher drink with coconut jelly. His drink also had one ferrero rocher and whipped cream on top of his drink. The matcha was good, not too sweet. My husband really liked his drink. The owner was very pleasant and friendly to talk to. She gave us the waffle to try. After talking to the owner, we found out this was the second store she owned and had been operating at Vancouver location for 3 years. We definitely would come back to try other drinks. Excellent customer service and awesome variety of drinks which are very different from other bubble drinks places that I had tried.

The hours listed here and on the web is incorrect. I showed up at 230 in hopes that I gave them some time to set up shop. Showed up at 3pm as the hours on the store front listed and the lights are still off. If these hours are going to be terrible and the store will not be open at their posted times, I probably won’t be coming back here if I have to come here at 10pm to be guaranteed a bbt from here

Bubble Waffle is alright and it takes a long time to make. I like the bubble waffle in Dessert Dynasty metrotown much better. The mango slush is good here but its only seasonal.

I went to Bubble Queen’s small Oak Street location on a Monday afternoon. The store wasn’t too busy and the service was fairly fast. Bubble Queen has a huge variety of flavours and drink types to choose from as well. I got the ferrero rocher bubble tea and was pleasantly surprised. The drink was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, and the taste of the ferrero rocher was strangely good. Overall it was a great experience and I’d come again.

Bubble Queen has their second location on Oak Street. The Richmond location is always packed, so my friends and I wanted to check out their Oak Street location and also they were having major bubble waffle cravings.Bubble Queen is best know for their drinks and bubble waffles. A great combination.Oolong Milk Tea, Mango Slush, and Peach Green Tea was what we all ordered. The drinks were good and not too sweet. Original Bubble Waffle was crisp on the outside, but there wasn’t too much of the chewy centre. It seems like its their style to cook it a bit over. Some people seem to like it but I prefer is less crispy. foodology.ca
