Variety of beers!! We tried a couple of them.. really liked wedding wit .. it had a very distinctive taste n was super mild.. the restaurant was way too hot n just no air circulation, on a hot summer day 🙁
Came here with a bunch of boys during the summer, and overall had a great time! We came at a very busy time, so we did wait for a while to get a big enough table, and it was decently crowded in there- but that’s not a fault of the restaurant at all, it means it’s popular! The beer selection is awesome, I got a flight and it comes on a handy little map, so you know exactly which brew is which and informationa bout it. There’s also a giant glass wall seperating the brewery from the eatery, so we got to watch the brewmasters at work while we enjoyed the fruits of their labour! the food was also honestly unbelievably good. We just got appetizers to share, so I only got a little taste of each item, but man I wish I got a plate of each to myself! Go down for lunch and a brewski with friends, you won’t regret it!
Poutine – Crispy fries & fresh cheese curds. Miso gravy was a well done variation on classic poutine. Great option on a rainy Vancouver day. (4/5)
I’ve sat at the bar only twice, for less than an hour, but you see whats going on. You will be offered fresh clean ales. Staff are paying attention and I found them all convivial. The atmosphere was friendly and I enjoyed chatting with families and a couple of guys after work, adding a neighbourhood feel. Bar food was tasty, adequate portions. This is a fine place to stop by.
More of a beer hall than a restaurant, which is fine if the beer is good, but it’s not all that great. The place has a really cool ambiance and branding, and the food is pretty decent but it’s very expensive and there are very few choices. Once we ate lunch here and then realized the plethora of restaurants in the food court just a few steps away, we regretted our choice. Again, if the beer was better we would have been more satisfied. I’m an IPA guy but I would stay away from theirs. I actually found their Raspberry and Cream Ales the best options.
