Great classic martinis. Liberty Distillery makes a mean gin martini. The only other classic martini Ive liked as well is the Bond Martini at Bardenay Distillery in CDA ID. I cant choose a winner. Both are delicious. Both are made with small batch, in-house made spirits. In mixology great ingredients make a huge difference. Liberty Distillery makes its own spirits. You can definitely taste the quality.We enjoyed speaking the mixologist. Her passion for great drinks was very apparent.
