Okay I see what people mean by the so-so quality of the food. The yam roll was dense and really not very fresh tasting. The salmon roll was okay but totally pewnie! The wakame sunomono was surprisingly generous on the seaweed but the noodles seemed old instead of soft and silky. I didn’t care for it much and think there are so many great sushi places to choose from that Minato really can’t compete anymore. At least there wasn’t a stench of fish smell at the restaurant which is usually a good sign that the raw fish is being handled properly.
