The service was awful. I ordered a take out lunch box, but asked to sit in. The server seemed to agree, but when my lunch came and I was about to eat, I was told that since it was a ‘take out’ box, I was not allowed to sit in. I had already ordered a drink at that point and made myself comfortable. You couldn’t spend 10 cents to have a server wipe the table at the end? Also, the food was poorly packed, and spilled on my (new) jacket I was was leaving. Bland & not at all the Indian spice I’m used to. Barely get any side dish with your rice for the take out box. Very poor customer service. Since you can not invest even the minimum in retaining me as a customer, I will never return. There are much better restaurants on Broadway that are flexible with me about whether or not I choose to eat in. I also don’t understand why it takes 30 minutes to put this box together. Your servers don’t seem to make themselves too busy or available. Remember: You are new and your biggest customer base and return-service will come from this hospital. You keep it up with treating the hospital employees in this way, and I guarantee you that your business will not last long.
Amazing buffet ,This Must be the largest Indian restaurant In Town, So many choices, clean and good service with a smile and great beer and drinks selection, will be back.
Food taste is OKishQuality is goodBuffet is available and paneer dishes are good.Desserts are also goodOverall, a value for money place!!!
My wife and I attended this location recently and We will definitely return. The staff were pleasant, courteous, and great to interact with. They repeatedly checked on us to ensure our stay was pleasant. The food was great, I have never experienced this level of quality at an affordable Buffett. The fish tasted like fish, it wasn’t overwhelmed by spices or sauce. The chicken was juicy and flavourful without getting dried out or overcooked by the heaters. The selection was vast and had a few dishes I hadn’t tried anywhere else I had been prior. It was a very enjoyable experience.
It was alright. Lots of veriety for both vegetarian and non vegetarian, but not alot of meat dishes. The curry veg rice hard small bits due to being out for long time in the warming tables. The right amount of spice.
Good selection of food. Flavours not too great and in a lot of meat dishes there was more sauce than meat. Naan, rice and pompadoms were sitting out for a while as they felt hard and stale. Chai had to be ordered seperately. The thing I did not like is they automatically charged me a 15% tip in the bill which I had no choice about. In my eyes they didn’t deserve much of a tip because they didn’t serve us – all they did was put water on the table and take our money. Also my partner was sick all night and the only difference between what we ate was the Alu Gobi. Will not be returning.
Food was good, selection was decent, service was great. Debit machine was not working. Patio wasn’t open but view was good from inside. Would definitely come again
