Bad service, Bad food, just BAD BAD BAD!!!!. It was absolutely shocking to watch the guy make me a frozen Costco burger with 4 pieces of tiny mushrooms ( obviously canned) and try and pass this off as some kind of gourmet burger. Not to mention him dropping my felafel ball into dirty cold fryer oil ( which ended up burnt and tasted more like sand). And to top it off, he was doing this all with his BARE HANDS! I find it insulting that he would think this is sanitary or even ok by anyones standards. Considering the location, I suspect they are surviving based on unknowing tourists, not repeat customers.This place should be shut down. Granville Island is known for artisans, quality products and local BC produce/ meats. This place doesn’t even come close to representing any of the values or qualities we love about Granville Island. Will never eat here again and will advise others to avoid ( unless they are craving a dirty frozen Costco burger)
