Best pad thai I have ever had I vancouver. Its very authentic, believe me I am Thai, and it tastes just like back home. I have had so many pad-Thai in Vancouver and I have been disappointed because the taste just wasnt right either they didnt use the right sauce or they have made the noodle too wet and soggy. This place its just the right balance of everything, the people are really nice and friendly making the visit just extra special.
If you love authentic Thai food and it’s complex blend of flavours then this is a must try place. The casual counter food court style eatery is created by the famous chef who bestowed upon us Maenam and Longtail Kitchen. There is no other Thai restaurant in Vancouver that has this variety of Thai noodles dishes. I love their pad mi korat that I dream about it! Think authentic pad thai with pork belly, yep you read that right! A close second is their pad ga prao, have them top an egg over it, thank me later. And if you enjoy rice noodles I also love their pad siew with pork, the noodles are a unique sheet of rice noodle but translucent, great consistency and simply delicious! I’m now a weekly customer and have basically sworn off all other Thai restaurants in favour of Sen Pad Thai. Oh they also have daily curry special for you curry lovers out there!
